Merchandise Return Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We will refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days.
How to return or exchange your hat:
- Contact us at Selentinohat@gmail.com, so that we can send you a return authorization form via e-mail.
- Return your hat:
- Returned merchandise must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt, at customer expense.
- Returned hats must be in original condition, and must carry all store tags. Hats that show any sign of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you are exchanging your hat: a. Follow instructions for returning your hat. b. Indicate the new hat you are ordering on your return authorization form. Please allow 2-3 weeks after returning your hat for your new selection to be shipped.

We respect your right to privacy. Selentinohat.com will not share, sell, or in any way distribute our customers' names, e-mail addresses, or any personal information to outside parties. Selentinohat.com may on occasion send customers promotional e-mail announcing seasonal specials or sales. Such messages will always include an option to refuse future e-mails.
